MINIÈRE TOWER

Description
Ten-storey residential tower located in the Minière district. The main facade is treated as a regular grid of grey ribbon balconies with glass guardrails, ensuring natural light and unobstructed views for every apartment. The crown of the building is marked by two cantilevered penthouse volumes entirely clad in copper-wood composite panels, creating a distinctive signature visible from afar. A rusticated stone base anchors the volume, with vehicle access via dual secured gates. A typology mix (1-bed to penthouses) tailored to urban professionals and investors.
