Our real estate management services cover: rental management (tenant sourcing, lease drafting, rent collection), property maintenance, real estate portfolio management, investment advice and optimisation of property returns.

We carry a full range of construction materials: cement, steel (rebar, profiles), plumbing materials, tiles, paints, electrical equipment, construction timber and much more. All our materials meet international quality standards.

Duration depends on project size. A single villa typically takes 6 to 12 months, a multi-storey building 12 to 24 months. We set a detailed schedule at the start of each project and commit to meeting agreed deadlines.

Yes — we provide a post-delivery warranty and ongoing support. We remain available for any question or intervention required after handover. Our commitment to quality does not stop at delivery.
