Thirteen-storey residential tower signed by IGS, designed to intelligently densify developing urban districts. The facade combines beige render with brown cladding on the balcony consoles, creating a dynamic staggered pattern. The top floors step back progressively, freeing vast panoramic terraces for the upper apartments and duplex units. The ground floor houses a secure lobby and vehicle access. A typology mix (studios, 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed and penthouses) tailored to a varied clientele of urban professionals, young couples and investors.
