SAMATRA RESIDENCE

Description

Residential complex on a sloped plot in Samatra. The project articulates a two-storey main villa treated in clean white and a vertical three-storey slate-grey corner block housing bedrooms and an office with panoramic views. A large intermediate terrace on slab, accessed by a stone stair, hosts an octagonal pavilion covered with an orange roof providing a shaded relaxation corner for family gatherings. Exposed-brick retaining walls dress the slope and participate in the project's warm identity. A solution suited to sloped terrain for demanding family clientele.
