The facade combines matte white composite panels with anthracite-grey cladding, rhythmed by long horizontal ribbon windows. A strong architectural signature is carried by a large perforated metal panel with a pixel-like pattern running the full building height, highlighting the elevator core and central circulation. Balconies are integrated into the structure to preserve the facade's purity. Suitable for office floors, professional firms or high-standing apartments.
